The Official Languages (Amendment) Act 2021 provides for the introduction of a centralised system of language standards which will outline the services and publications that will be required to be provided in the Irish language.
While we will embrace the new language standards when published, in the meantime we will aim to provide a high quality, easily accessible and efficient service to our customers.
The provision of our services in the Irish language is undertaken in support of that objective.
